Before you try to control moss we need to identify why it is appearing in your lawn.  Moss doesn't have roots, so it obtains the nutrients it needs from moisture sitting on the soil. This means that moss removal treatments need to target the conditions as well as the growth. Standard moss killers are not able to do this effectively and so your moss will return time and again.
